Location- Aberbeeg, South Wales

Directions

From Bryn Meadows Golf Club go to roundabout and head for Newbridge roundabout take the 2nd exit off to Crumlin light, straight through the lights up to Aberbeeg roundabout take the second turn off for cwm. Go up this road for approximately one and a half miles, you will see a turn off on the right, go up the forest road to the very top turn left and keep going straight up passed the derelict farm building and you will see the road bears off to the left, stay on the left keep going to the end of the road.
The track is on the right hand side.

going up tp aberbeeg sunday and see if its open

ive heard from a reliable source that aberbeeg track has closed due to rare lizards been found mating in the quarry b4 you go onto the track, and some snotty people are trying to preserve the site to stop dirtbikes,

hey im up for a bit of loving but come on guys, bikes b4 women, thats the golden rule aint it?
